1. Processing Time:
1.1. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise specified. This may vary depending on the type of product that was ordered. Please see below for more information regarding Individual products and services.

1.2 Press-Ons: Our custom-made Press-On nails require careful crafting to ensure the highest quality. As such, please allow an additional 3 business days for processing Press-On orders. Each set of Press-Ons is meticulously created to your specifications, and we appreciate your patience as we prepare your order for shipment. Please note that processing times for Press-Ons may vary depending on order volume and any customization requirements.

1.3 Training Course Kits: Training course kits purchased alongside our training courses will be prepared and shipped within 10 business days of receiving payment. These kits are designed to accompany our training courses and contain essential products for your learning experience.
2. Shipping Methods:
2.1. We offer standard shipping as our primary shipping method for domestic and international orders.

4.2. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5 business days after shipment, while international orders may take longer.
4.3. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier delays may affect delivery times.
5. Order Tracking:

6. Shipping Restrictions:
6.1. We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, North America and South America. Note this does not include our course kits, we currently only offer shipping to these within the United Kingdom.
6.2. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
7. Missing or Delayed Shipments:
